Shinlai Adoption - June 2012

Adoption time!

I know it's been a while since our last adoption, so to make up for it, this one has a special treat... You get to choose the element of your Shinlai! Pretty cool, huh? WELL I THINK IT IS C:

Anyway, if you're interested in snatching up one of these little beauties, here's how you can do it!



How to Adopt

1. If you aren't a member of the #ShinlaiCommunity, please join! We will be checking C:

2. Choose your Shinlai! You can only apply for ONE Shinlai, so choose wisely!

3. Draw a reference/picture/etc. of your chosen Shinlai. (Full body/Full color)

4. Be sure to include a background story/information in the artist’s comments(or in the reference/picture/etc.) of your entry. We are looking for a name, gender, age, element,allegiance(s) (Dailian and/or Darkbloods) and any other information you see fit. The more development, the more heart, and the better chances you could win!

5. When finished, please send a note to ~ElementalBot with a link to your deviation. Also, be sure to submit it to Adoption Tryouts folder in our group, #ShinlaiCommunity, so everyone else can see it!



Note: For this round, you are able to choose your own element. All elements are open, with the exception of Balance.

Note: You are allowed to make minor changes to the design. Just be sure that we can still identify the original design C: If you are unsure of some changes you'd like to make, ask!

Note: If you apply for a Shinlai pup, you are allowed to include in their reference a flash forward view of them as an adult C:

Note: More than one person can enter for a single
Shinlai, this is not a first come-first serve adoption. Do not claim your Shinlai.

Note: If you already have a Shinlai, you can still enter!

Note: You can submit one entry and one entry ONLY. No side art, chibis, etc. will be taken into consideration when the judging begins.

Note: Depending on the turnout, additional participants will be given a custom Shinlai if we feel that their entry, even though it may not have won, stood out amongst the rest.





Deadline

The adoption will close on July 9, and no more entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. (US Central Time). So please! Get those entries in; we don’t want to leave anyone out!
