Shinlai of Balance have a max of two elements, Sorry.

Also, you may notice that there is now a max on the number of eyes a Shinlai can have...Some of you, not going to say names, went overboard with the eye thing, and I had to cap it out. I'm sorry for the inconvience but I needed to do this.
